1. Project Overview

The Designer agrees to design and develop a mobile-first creator commerce landing page for Bartek and MakeSell. The project includes:

  • Conversion strategy and landing-page architecture

  • Full landing-page design

  • Responsive desktop, tablet, and mobile design

  • Framer implementation and organized build handoff

  • Reusable page elements and interactions

  • Custom storefront UI moments

  • Basic Figma social templates for posts, reels, and carousel

  • Basic social text styles and selected image assets

  • Two focused review rounds

  • Launch handoff and practical implementation support

The landing page will be designed to turn creator attention into owned revenue through a clear, premium and conversion-ready experience, with a foundation that can grow from Poland across CEE.

2. Project Investment

Total Project Investment

Deposit — 50% due before work begins

Final Payment — due upon completion, before transfer or launch

3. Project Timeline

Work will commence once:

  • This agreement is signed

  • The 50% deposit has been received

  • Required MakeSell product information, brand assets, and access have been supplied

Estimated timeline: 4–6 weeks. Timeline may vary depending on feedback turnaround times, content delivery, and requested revisions.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide final product information, creator proof, and performance figures in a timely manner

  • Provide approved pricing, legal details, brand assets, and required account access

  • Review work and provide consolidated feedback within the agreed review windows

  • Maintain the final website in MakeSell’s own Framer account and plan

Delays in feedback or content delivery may extend the project timeline.

5. Revisions

The project includes two focused review rounds covering copy, UI moments and interactions. Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately at a mutually agreed rate.

6. Scope Changes

Any work requested outside the scope outlined in Section 1 shall be treated as additional work and quoted separately. Examples include:

  • Additional pages

  • Product dashboard or app design

  • Custom backend development

  • Ongoing campaign production

  • Translation and localization

  • Paid media management

  • New integrations beyond the landing page

Additional work will only proceed once approved by both parties.

7. Ownership

Upon receipt of full payment:

  • Upon receipt of final payment, the Client shall receive full ownership and unrestricted commercial rights to all project deliverables created specifically for MakeSell, including the Framer project, editable Figma files, landing page design, copy, social media templates, graphics, and any other assets created as part of the project

  • The Designer retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, processes, templates, frameworks, or reusable systems used during development

  • The Designer confirms that any third-party images, fonts, or other assets included in the project will be properly licensed for the Client’s intended commercial use

The Designer may display the completed project in portfolios, social media, marketing materials, case studies, or promotional content only after the MakeSell website has been publicly launched. The Designer shall not publish or otherwise make the project visible online before that public launch.

8. Cancellation

If the project is cancelled by the Client after work has commenced:

  • The initial deposit is non-refundable

  • Any completed work remains the property of the Designer until full payment has been received

If the Designer is unable to complete the project for any reason, any unearned portion of payments received shall be refunded.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Designer shall not be liable for:

  • Lost profits

  • Business interruption

  • Third-party platform outages

  • Hosting failures

  • Software changes made by third-party providers

The Designer’s liability shall not exceed the total amount paid under this Agreement.

10. Acceptance

By signing below, both parties agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
